Liability claims against the Author in respect of losses of a material or conceptual nature which were caused by the use or non use of the information offered, or by the use of wrong and/or incomplete information, are excluded in principle insofar as there is no proven wilful or grossly negligent fault on the part of the Author. All offers are subject to confirmation and are non binding. The Author explicitly reserves the right to modify, expand or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate notice, or to remove the publication temporarily or permanently. 2. References and Links In the case of direct or indirect references to outside web pages (“hyperlinks”) which lie outside the Author's sphere of responsibility, a liability obligation shall arise exclusively in the event that the Author is aware of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for the Author to prevent the use of said outside web pages in the case of the content being illegal. The Author explicitly declares herewith that at the time the link was created no illegal content was recognizable on the pages to be linked. The Author has no influence whatever on the current and future layout, the content or the copyright of the linked pages. the Author therefore disclaims any responsibility for all the content of all the linked pages which were changed after the link was created. This statement applies for all links and references created within the Author's own Internet offer and for outside entries in visitors' books, discussion forums and mailing lists created by the Author. Liability for illegal, erroneous or incomplete content and, in particular, for losses arising from the use or non use of such information offered shall be carried exclusively by the provider of the page referred to and not by the person referring to the respective publication by means of links. 3. Copyright and Trade Marks Law The Author makes every effort in all publications to observe the copyright of the graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts used, to use graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts created by himself or to resort to licence-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts. All brand figures and trade marks mentioned within the Internet offer and possibly protected by third parties are subject without limitation to the conditions of the respective trade mark law in force and to the proprietary rights of the respective registered owner. The mention alone shall not mean that the trademarks are not protected by the rights of third parties. The copyright of published objects created by the Author shall remain solely with the Author of the pages. The reproduction or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications shall be prohibited without the express agreement of the Author. 4. Data Protection Insofar as the possibility exists within the Internet offer to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), this data shall be revealed by the user on an explicitly voluntary basis. To the extent that this is technically possible and reasonable, the utilization of and payment for all services offered shall also be permissible without entering such data, or with entry of data that has been made anonymous or a pseudonym. It is not permissible for contact data published within the masthead or similar information, such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses, to be used by third parties for sending information that has not been explicitly requested. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against senders of so-called spam e-mails in the event of infringement of this prohibition. 5. Legal Force of this Exclusion of Liability This Exclusion of Liability shall be part of the Internet offer from which reference was made to this page. Insofar as individual parts of the wording of this text do not, no longer or incompletely conform to the current legal situation, this shall not affect the content or validity of the remaining parts of the document. |
